They have experience developing Hispanic marketing programs and creative ideas for retail, beverage, entertainment, technology and consumer packaged goods. They also have experience in Agency Leadership and Management, Marketing, Advertising, Traditional and Non-traditional Media, Content Development and Multicultural Marketing.

Curro has global experience working for agencies in Spain, Argentina, Central and North America. As an Innovation Director at Grupo Gallegos he was responsible for some of the best work for the Hispanic Market, winning national and international awards such as Cannes, Effies and Clios to name a few. He led work for Mitsubishi,  Toma leche (Got Milk?) Movistar, Toshiba among others. He is also a photographer, surfer and editor.


Juan has more than 20 years of experience helping brands connect to the Hispanic market. As a Creative Director at Casanova/McCann, and Executive Creative Director at Grupo Gallegos and Deutsch LA, he was behind some of the most-ground breaking and award winning Hispanic campaigns for brands such as Toma Leche (Got Milk?), Comcast, DirectV, Home Depot and Xbox among others.  In 2016, the Smithsonian Museum selected a campaign he developed 15 years ago to be part of a Hispanic advertising collection at the museum.
